Questions:
1. Ideally I should save another 55k into retirement into a taxable account to hit 20% saving for retirement combined. But we decided to save for a down payment on a house (plan to buy within 6 months). I’m I doing the right thing maximizing a down payment for a house or should I still save for retirement this year?

2. Maxing my partner’s tax sheltered accounts since she has more allocated funds. When I do create a taxable account I would probably place it into VBK and VUG based on the MM spreadsheet. Why don’t I want to auto place dividends into reinvesting? Is it to not incur taxable gains?

3. My partner's loans are 5.15% I do plan on paying this as a lump sum as the VUSXX is now at 4.65% so it makes sense to pay off her highest interest loans first. Does it make sense to pay off the lower interest loans as well at 2 or 3% currently?
