Personal Finance (Not Investing) • When did you stop claiming kids on taxes?

As we go into a new year, I have a son finishing grad school in May and starting his career then (signed job offer). We were discussing that the 2024 taxes would be the last year I’d claim him as a dependent. He is currently 100% on his own and pays his own way with income through his internship. I am missing anything or is this the correct and obvious answer to my question? This is our first child who is transitioning to being an adult so we are unsure of any benefit to making moves at certain times. Thanks for anything people can share.
