Hello,
My employer has a 5304 Simple IRA plan that's been going to an account at Edward Jones, which has not been going too great investment wise.
(5 years performance on a high risk equity only being at 3.5%, this year sitting at a 8%, with numerous fees.)
I'm looking to move where my SIMPLE IRA is, but I've yet to find a broker that will take just my account without the whole company being onboarded as if it were a 5305 account. Does anyone have experience or suggestions moving it somewhere else? Or should I just put my 3% in for the match and rely on a post tax IRA elsewhere to skip fees?
So far I've reached out to Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard/Ascensus and got no's, and Interactive Brokers was going to reach back out to me.
