Hello,
I'm having a bit of an issue with Experian. Since my name change, Experian is saying I don't have a credit score (despite having a credit history that is 10+ years old and Experian does have my legal name on-file). All of my credit and other bank accounts are being reported in the correct name, and I'm not having this issue with Equifax or Trans Union. I've tried calling and emailing Experian, but no success. Their online customer service team says I have to call to resolve the issue. However, every phone number I tried is automated and none of the automated services are willing to transfer me to a live agent.
Has anyone been able to resolve a similar issue? If so, do you have any feedback on how I can get my records with Experian corrected?
