Personal Investments • Help with wife's 401k options

Good afternoon,
My wife is 39 years old. We are going over finances and trying to improve upon areas that we can. She currently has around 230k in her 401k but it is in Amfds 2050 target date fund with an expense ratio of .38%

My 403 b is 70/30 with 20% INTL
50% Vang 500 index
20% Vang Developed market index
30% Fidelity Total Bond k6

She told me she wants to be slightly more aggressive than my portfolio. Based off the following options could you please steer us in the right direction. Thanks

Fid 500 index fund 75%
Fidelity total international index fund 15%
One of the bond funds you guys would recommend for 10%
