Personal Investments • Target Date Fund

Hello I'm interested in a 2050 target date fund. The two I'm deciding between are actively managed, Fidelity Freedom 2050 (FFFHX) with a SP of $13.91 and an expense fee of .75%, and Fidelity Freedom® Index 2050 Fund Investor Class (FIPFX) with a SP of $26.33 an expense fee of .12%.

Risk levels for both are in the low 16's and they are almost identical in assets. The only difference appears to be the SP and the former has a 13% turnover rate with the later having a 7%. For a long-term hold fund the fee is a very big deterrent for me. Am I missing something though. Is there a reason I should go with FFFHX over FIPFX? Thanks!
