Personal Investments • How to invest a retirement account that isn't needed?

I am 72, married, and our annual income is more than sufficient to live off. Our retirement account is made up of 15% Roth IRA, 35% traditional IRA, and 50% brokerage accounts. We have not touched our retirement savings in a few years and have been retired for about 10 years. We are planning to leave a portion of the retirement account to our children, and worst case, would need some funds for long term care. My question is, how should this account be allocated? My first thought, after watching some videos and discussing with financial friends, would be something like 40% foundation VOO, 30% Growth VUG, 20% dividend income SCHD, and 10% stocks. The other question is whether this is too much or too little risk?
