I’m pretty happy with my decisions in regards to mixing Wellington/Wellesley & cash in my portfolio. However, I did consider using Vanguards wealth management and have not ruled that out in the future. Especially the option for them to manage our sons trust in the event we die.
What I am curious of, are there any folks here using them?
I’m not really interested in how much they are managing, more how well they manage, balance and lay out a plan for your retirement needs and if, in your opinion, they have fulfilled promises?
I would especially be interested in how they break down your investments and if they adjust based on forward looking projection? And their recommendations on how to withdraw those investments?
Do they engage you or just adjust your investments every year without input or are they more passive in their approach only responding/adjusting when you call?
Please, no detractors or objectors or people picking apart the decisions made within any shared portfolios they have set for anyone willing to share. I will come to my own conclusions.
