I am a US citizen tax resident in the UK. I do not have non-dom status.
I know the IRS views the VTSAX to VTI conversion as a non-taxable share-class conversion. Does HMRC also view this as non-taxable, or will all of my VTSAX holdings first be recognised as regular income?
