Can you withdraw all funds for the year's worth of expenses at once at the beginning of the year for two semesters? Or does the IRS want you to pull out the funds only when you need it?
Example: Withdraw $50k in January. Pay $25k over Jan-May months for expenses and then pay the remaining $25k for expenses over Aug-Dec months.
