Personal Consumer Issues • Choosing Brand New Sedan To Buy

Hi everyone, I'm in the market to buy a brand new sedan, budget is max $30,000 USD or so (there is flexibility if needed, it's not a hard number).

I do not want a hybrid car (don't want to deal with the hybrid car battery replacement hassle) and need a car that is reliable for all weather climate zones (especially those as rainy as in seattle, snowy as in massachussetts) and driving possibilities (up mountains, down mountains, flat, hilly roads, etc). This car is supposed to last me a long way and I need it to be as reliable and multi-climate and driving weather possibility proof as possible.

For personal reasons, I prefer Japanese-type cars that are manufactured in the United States and whose spare parts are easily accessible and affordable if something breaks. So no GM, Chrysler, Ford, etc. The car also needs to be big enough to carry all my stuff in the back if there is a need to relocate for job changes and etc.

Additionally, I would want it to be as durable and maintainable as possible (with enough spare part availability in the United States -- and those being relatively inexpensive if possible).

Currently I'm looking at the following car models -- and am excluding Toyota as a possibility due to them going all out on Hybrid cars in 2024:
  • Nissan Altima SV
  • Subaru Legacy
  • Honda Accord EX (I am not considering the base LX trim due to EX having the additional blind spot safety feature, which is a must-have in my eyes)
Which of the three should one look into buying the most? Which of the three is preferable? how would you all go about thinking this through?

Thanks in advance!
