Personal Consumer Issues • Suing Meta (Facebook) to get DW's hacked account back: How much will a lawyer cost?

Some background: My DW's Facebook account was hacked and the hacker managed to get her account banned. Facebook does not offer human support to recover banned accounts. This is a well covered news story with state AG's offices complaining to Meta that they don't offer any help to victim's. She has a lot of pictures she has not saved anywhere else, and the option to download her data is not an option. From my research there seems to be three things to try:

1. Complain to AG office [Tried, AG office said they would not help]
2. Pay for Meta Verified on her Instagram to see if that can get support to recover her FB account [Tried, failed so far]
3. Sue them to get one of their lawyers to provide the support to get the account recovered [seems to be well documented as working]

The online community seems to mainly be doing this via small claims court, but I don't think I have DIY'ing as something we want to try.

All that to say, we are willing to spend some money to hire a lawyer to do this. I figure [not a lawyer] it involves writing a demand letter, filing a suit, and talking to opposing counsel to get the account recovered.

I was just wondering if this is the sort of thing that:

a) A lawyer would even want to work this us on, and
b) Would be a few hours of work so as to not cost a ton of money.
