The information is well understood for the majority of Bogleheads, yet I post this because I shared it with a few older relatives experiencing some cognitive decline and may be vulnerable to such scams. My relatives shared that they appreciated the suggestions offered in the video. Especially the suggestion to call a known number for Vanguard, rather than calling a phone number left in a voice mail. Perhaps some of your loved ones may benefit from the suggestions in the video.
