Hello and thank you for the help!
I have limited options in a 403b that was just moved from Fidelity to TIAA by the university I work for. I am correcting what they've done by reallocating to the funds below.
I have listed all my options with an expense ratio under 0.34.
Fund | Expense | Allocation
Vanguard Institutional Index Fund Institutional Plus[VIIIX] | 0.02 | 43
Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund Institutional Plus[VBMPX] |0.03 | 10
Vanguard Growth Index Institutional[VIGIX] |0.04 |
Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund Institutional Plus Class[VEMPX] |0.04 | 11
Vanguard Short Term Bond Index Fund Institutional Plus Class[VBIPX] |0.04 |
Vanguard Total International Stock Index Institutional Plus[VTPSX] |0.08 | 36
Vanguard Wellington Fund Admiral[VWENX] |0.18 |
So my questions are:

So my questions are:
- In general, are there any issues here? Am I missing anything?
- Is there a benefit to rounding the values? (45, 10, 10, 35)
- Should I include VBIPX as part of the Bond portion?
- I have a separate Target date account and a pension. Should I have bonds at all as a 35 year old?
