Years ago, I diversified my 401(k) contributions with a mix of domestic and international stocks. Unfortunately, my international stocks have consistently and substantially underperformed compared to my domestic stocks.
I stopped contributing to international stocks a few years ago and have only been contributing to domestic stocks since then.
I have read Little Book of Common Sense Investing. I understand the concepts of Reversion to the Mean and performance chasing, however, the medium-term results of my current allocation is difficult to overlook.
Should I swap my international holdings ($189k) for domestic stocks?
