When I pay my BofA credit card, it doesn't send an email, text, or alert saying "thanks for your payment" like every other credit card issuer. I only get an email when the payment posts, which (with BofA) is several days after I actually initiate the payment.
Is there a setting to change that, or is this just how BofA's system works? It seems to be the same issue with bill pay to other vendors, not just credit cards. The only option is to send an alert when the payment is sent (or posted with a cc), but maybe I am missing this particular alert setting somewhere.
