Personal Investments • Money Market Fund Holdings – "U.S. Treasury Coupons"?

I've looked through quite a few of the posts about Fidelity's money market fund options, but I haven't found an answer to my question yet: The list of holdings for each MM fund lists "U.S. Treasury Coupons;" what, exactly, is that? Is it the coupon payment from a Treasury zero (STRIPS) that's been converted into its own security?

For example, here's the current holdings of Fidelity's Government Cash Reserves (FDRXX) –
U.S. Treasury Bills 37.26%
U.S. Treasury Coupons 1.83%
U.S. Treasury Strips 0.00%
U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities 0.00%
Agency Fixed-Rate Securities 5.42%
Agency Floating-Rate Securities 19.86%
U.S. Government Repurchase Agreements 36.46%
Other Money Market Investments 0.00%
Net Other Assets -0.83%

I know what all of the other holdings are, but I don't think I've ever learned what holding a "U.S. Treasury Coupon" means! Can someone explain?
