Personal Investments • A bit clueless about rebalancing my portfolio - any advice?

Desired AA is 90/10 – Looking to rebalance my portfolio. A bit clueless about rebalancing and trying to figure out my best options so looking for your wisdom and mindset on how to approach asset allocation.

1. My 401K account at Transamerica is 100% invested in the Nuveen target date fund (Nuveen Lifecycle Index 2050). I listed out the other funds within my 401K – is there something else I should be invested in instead? I max out my 401k annually.

2. Where should I invest the cash in my money market funds for my Vanguard Roth IRA and Brokerage accounts?
a. I will max out my Roth IRA contribution so will add another $7K for 2024 to invest. How should I decide what to invest in between my Roth
IRA and Brokerage since both are post tax?
